Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skin care products are generally non-returnable once opened or used. We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item was delivered
• Product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened
• It must be in the original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
